New York City Dress Company Opens Newport Showroom

March 18 2004--Newport-The Wedding Room welcomes its latest addition… bridesmaid dress company Simple Silhouettes! Based out of New York's Greenwich Village, the Wedding Room marks the second location for the popular bridesmaid dress company. Simple Silhouettes will take over the entire third floor of the Wedding Room to show their updated line of made to order bridesmaid dresses. Know for their classic and elegant style, Simple Silhouettes is often the subject of editorial press in InStyle, Martha Stewart Weddings, TheKnot and NewYorkWeddings.

Newport wedding coordinators, brides and bridesmaids no longer have to travel far to find beautiful bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Clients are invited to use the ease and comfort of the Wedding Room to view and sample the entire spring and summer line. Simple Silhouettes offers a wide range of styles and fabrics to accommodate every figure and personality. Brides are also invited to use the Newport liaison to answer questions and facilitate dress ordering with the New York showroom.

Simple Silhouettes will be the exclusive bridesmaid line represented by the Wedding Room for the upcoming season. The Wedding Room is an upscale research boutique for brides planning a Newport County wedding. Brides have access to the portfolios of the most talented and hard to find vendors. Brides use the Wedding Room as a home base to the meet with vendors and visit potential venue sites. Appointments are encouraged in advance. The charge for a three day wedding pass is fifty dollars. Wedding Room hours are weekdays 11-6:00 and weekends 12-5:00 or by appointment.
